Raised in West Des Moines, Iowa, Rachel Wegmann demonstrated leadership traits at a very young age. She started playing sports at the age of 5, leading her all through high school as a natural leader for her competitive basketball and softball teams. Still to this day, she plays on several competitive adult teams year-round, always cheering on her teammates and striving for that win. 

Professionally, she quickly rose through the ranks of executive leadership within the sphere of Marketing and Business Development. With over 12 years of industry experience, Rachel's journey is a testament to her problem-solving ability and unparalleled expertise in numerous arenas, including Branding, Digital Strategy, Public Speaking, and Mentoring, to name a few.
